Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • High order volume may extend processing times slightly



Once your order is processed, it is prepared and handed off to the shipping carrier.





Shipping Time



Estimated delivery times:


  • Standard Shipping (USA): 2–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on:
    • Carrier delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Peak shipping seasons
    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses



We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our facility.





Shipping Carriers

Tracking Information



  • Tracking is provided once your order ships
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages



It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address.


If an order is:


  • Returned due to incorrect/incomplete address
  • Marked undeliverable



We may:


  • Require additional shipping payment to resend
  • Cancel the order without refund of original shipping costs






Delivered But Not Received



If tracking shows “Delivered”, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


We recommend:


  • Checking around your property
  • Asking neighbors
  • Contacting your local post office



You may also file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.





Lost or Delayed Packages



If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit:


  • Contact the shipping carrier first
  • Then contact us so we can assist if needed



We will help to the extent possible, but we are not responsible for carrier-related issues.


Order Processing & Finality



Once an order has been:


  • Processed
  • Packed
  • Or shipped



It cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

  • Packaging size and appearance will vary
  • We do not guarantee discreet packaging types or sizes
