@BuyReturnedMail.com, all sales are final.


Because we sell random returned, unclaimed, overstock, and liquidation packages, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:


  • Not liking the contents
  • Receiving fewer items than expected
  • Receiving lower-value items than expected
  • Personal disappointment
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer expectations not matching the listing
  • Packaging type, box size, or item category preferences



By placing an order on BuyReturnedMail.com, you understand and agree that:


  • You are purchasing one (1) random returned / unclaimed package
  • Contents are unknown, random, and not guaranteed
  • Packages may contain 1 item or multiple items
  • Items may vary in size, brand, category, condition, and resale value
  • Orders may arrive in a box, mailer, poly bag, or other shipping package
  • You are not guaranteed profit, specific items, name brands, electronics, clothing, or any minimum value

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

We do this because:

  • Each package is sold as a random mystery item
  • Inventory is mixed, unsearched, and sold as-is
  • Returns on random inventory are highly vulnerable to switching, tampering, and return abuse

NOT Eligible For Refund

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • “Bad” pulls
  • Low-value contents
  • Duplicate items
  • Used/open-box/customer-returned items
  • Items you personally do not want
  • “This wasn’t worth it”
  • “I expected more”
  • “I thought it would be a box full”
  • Missing expectations that were never guaranteed
  • More (No Returns Basically)

 

Chargebacks / Payment Dispute

If a customer files a payment dispute or chargeback for reasons that contradict the product description or policy, we reserve the right to submit:

  • Product listing details
  • Website policy pages
  • Checkout acknowledgment records
  • Order and tracking confirmation
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Customer communication history


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
